Shipping

We are offering free shipping on all orders over $75 until 4 July 2013.
If your order is under $75 we charge a flat rate of $25 for shipping.*

Your order will be despatched direct from our warehouse in the UK. Most parcels will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

*Please note orders for several items might be delivered in more than one parcel (this does not affect the shipping charge which is fixed at $25 regardless of the number of parcels). The shipping charge is non-refundable.

Duty and Customs

Shipments from the UK to the US are subject to Federal import regulations which can incur duties and taxes levied as the parcels enter the country. Our systems are designed to settle this duty on your behalf wherever it applies. However in the very rare event that you, rather than us, are charged US import duties or fees for US customs clearance, please let us have proof of payment (and the customs paperwork showing that the charges relate to a Rohan parcel) and we’ll gladly reimburse you. Please also note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
