Exchange | Refunds | Cancellations

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, or need to exchange an item, please post it back to us using the free returns label included with your item/s, along with a completed Returns Form.

At Rohan, we’ve always honoured unwanted purchases with no timeframe in which to return them to us, whether you’ve purchased in-store or online. In light of the current Coronavirus pandemic, we would only encourage you to head to your local post office to return items when it is completely safe to do so. When you do return your item/s at your local post office, please request a proof of posting certificate.

For International returns, please mark your parcel as "returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs which will cause your refund to be delayed.

We’re gradually reopening our stores (from Wednesday 17th June), and to protect our customers and colleagues, whilst following government guidelines, we’ve implemented necessary measures so you can shop with absolute confidence. See when your local store is reopening and what changes we’re making in our stores. When your local store is open, you are more than welcome to return your item/s here.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order at any point up to 14 days after full receipt of the goods providing you contact our Customer Services team stating your desire to do so, after which you should then return your goods to us using the free returns label (this is available for UK customers only) within 14 days.

You will be refunded the cost of the goods plus the original postage cost up to a maximum of our standard UK mainland delivery charge (i.e. not including any premium you may have paid for priority delivery). If you are returning only part of your order, it is our policy (in line with current Distance Selling Regulations) not to repay the delivery charge.

Please note returns may take slightly longer to process at promotional and sale times.
